8. Additional “Climbing The Ladder” Fees: The best way to describe this is via an EXAMPLE: Client is now for the very first time ranked on the #7 position. This is where they landed after our optimization and ranking process has occurred. If you wish to continue, it's $65 dollars per month per search term phrase until we achieve the ranking you want. If we feel it will require a more extensive process, we will advise you in advance of the cost to see if you wish to go forward.
Maintenance Mode:
1. There can be two kinds of maintenance mode
2. A. Once we land your site on the #1 page for an assigned keyword/phrase we can either stop all efforts and simply monitor on a monthly basis and will provide a ranking report advising of the status and position of each keyword and/or keyword phrases.. (SEE Keywords vs. Keyword Phrases commonly know as long-tail keywords) or we can continue to work to get you to rise with the #1 position as the final goal for a particular keyword or phrase.
3. B. Once we land them on the #1 page for an assigned keyword/phrase, we continue the ranking process as long as you continue the selected monthly fee, which will likely increase your rankings position, however the EXCEPTION is that if we run into a competitor that is utilizing another SEO firm, then we may encounter a slower movement upward.
ANOTHER EXCEPTION is that you may achieve a higher ranking position and then the competitor will then start an seo program themselves and then it becomes a teeter-totter effect.. One day your up and the next your down etc.
4. Google has many search engines and Google likes to call them test servers… So you may see your ranking one day and disappear the next and then back again in a few days, this is normal. Their search engines are not synched so this is a normal process as they change out often. It just takes a while to get used to the fluctuations. But often they do settle down and you’ll likely see the same rankings for some time as well.
Website Optimization:
1. EXISTING WEBSITES: All existing websites must be reviewed in advance. We only work in html and php sites for optimal results which also includes cms systems like wordpress, joomla and the like. We can work in other platforms such as .asp etc. but we need to review the site before we give you any assurances it can be done.
2. NEW CUSTOM WEBSITES: The same holds true as in Exisiting websites. We prefer to work in html and php for dynamic sites.
3. EXISTING SHOPPING CARTS / Ecommerce sites: Many older shopping cart systems are NOT SEO FRIENDLY and therefore we may or may not be able to provide you assurance of rankings. Again we need to review the website first.

5. FLASH WEBSITES: WE WILL NOT WORK WITH FULL FLASH WEBSITES… no matter how much they say they are SEO friendly they are not… and have SUPER limitations and we consider them a waste of time and effort on both the client and ourselves.

7. FRAMES usually found within older websites are again not SEO FRIENDLY and are difficult to rank if at all.
Optimization Process:
1. We have to optimize the title tags for each individual page within the website as having identical title tags is a conflict for Google and other search engines.

4. We have to optimize the meta area for appropriate search bot info etc.
5. We then look at the layout of the site and analyze how well the content is positioned within the backend. Sometimes the content is superceded by way too much javascript code etc. So we have to use a special reversal technique that places the content viewed by the bots above most of the code, but the visitor/user visually sees no change. This is something that most SEO pros don’t know how to do at all… This is a super helpful technique.

5. Article Submissions: We submit articles with back-links to…
a. blogs b. forums… We submit to all industries and not necessarily industry specific. We do this for back-link ranking credit and not necessarily appropriate content venues. We utilize White Hat Techniques..
6. You Tube Video Submissions: Usually 1-3 30second videos are produced and submitted to YouTube and optimized for maximum effect.

Selecting Keywords / Long-Tail Keywords (Search Term Phrases)
Selecting the proper search term phrase can be very easy if it’s a local target market and it’s set for a geographical area. However the rule of thumb is that the shorter the keyword or keyword phrase is, the more difficult and longer it takes to rank. Single keywords like, Dentist, Plumber, Contractor, Lender etc. is not impossible but quite frankly very very costly to achieve. 8. ECOMMERCE / Shopping Cart Systems can be pleasantly SEO FRIENDLY or SUPER DEAD when it comes to rankings. This is a area that cannot be overlooked. All clients that have a shopping cart they want ranked must have it reviewed by us first. There are no exceptions.

Also many people think that if they sell a thousand products that we can rank a thousand items for pennies… Depending on the carts SEO friendliness will determine the ability for the site to organically rank well. 1) Flash Websites (Don't be Fooled)
I'll try to keep this short and to the point and not deal with the technical stuff…
If you have a "Flash Website" your website is dead, no one can find it on the Internet using search terms etc. A flash website is simply a bunch of pages, animated images, audio and possibly video all rendered together as a complete movie and place on one page in a webpage known as the landing or home page.
Flash cannot be read by search engines no matter what you hear out there. As one of my previous customers said "No wonder why we never got one email or lead or sale in the past two years". Unfortunately their webmaster was leading them down the yellow brick road to bankruptcy. All along telling them that the search engines were just slow to index their website.
