Discovery Towers requires a 50% Non-refundable deposit to start. The client should understand that once the process begins for this specific type of project there is no recourse for the 50% deposit if for any reason the client wishes to change their mind and back out.
The "Pay On Performance" Guarantee applies only to the remaining balance. Discovery Towers reserves the right to continue applying SEO techniques until the desired ranking on the number one page of Google is achieved at no additional cost to the client.
Although Discovery Towers Multimedia can ensure desired rankings, they cannot provide a specified amount of time to achieve the desired rankings. A "Best Guess" based on previous experience and research is all that can be offered for a timeline of achieving desired ranking results.
The completion of the custom website can range from as short as 10 days or as long as 30 days or more depending on the complexity of the site and what the client wishes to achieve. Discovery Towers reserves the right to exceed the anticipated completion date for any reason without recourse.
However, if the site exceeds a 60 day completion time without acceptable delays, then 1/2 of the deposit may be refunded at the discretion of Discovery Towers.
Once the website has been ranked on the Number 1 page of Google for a "Popular and/or Appropriate Search Term Phrase" the goal is achieved. Any position one through ten is considered reaching the "Guarantee" and the 50% balance is then due immediately.
There is no guarantee "how long" the ranking will last. As you will then be competing with the other websites attempting to achieve the same rankings as your site. Your site may or may not need additional ranking services to either maintain a status-quo or to increase your rankings.
Additional ranking services after the initial rankings are achieved are an additional charge.
We normally do not provide a written agreement unless you request one.
All deposits provided are considered an acceptance of our terms and conditions and we will start the project immediately.
Phone calls and chats should be followed up with emails to verify that what was discussed is not left out or missed later on.
Both client and Discovery Towers should do their best to communicate on a regular basis to keep the lines of communication open and productive.
